I don't know why I cut the board 8.5 x 11 inches but I did. This should be 8 x 10 but I don't think it will matter much.

I was still on a high from my successful drawing of a whale so I tackled a bear. I used the image from a smoked salmon box as a guide and went to town.

My favorite element of this work is the blue ink. The web will not be able to recreate the almost glowing nature of the ink. I'm not sure why it looks like that but it does so this is a piece you'll have to see in person to appreciate it.

I enjoyed the way the ink flowed and how the drawing just fell into place. You can count on more like it in the future.
